1. General Return Policy
We accept returns on most items purchased from Ulslasni within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • You must provide a proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt.

Returned items that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for a refund.

2. How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return an item, please follow these simple steps:

3. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product), customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of tracking.
